Where did you get your idea for this story?
Friends and family suggested I might put all of my collected notes to use and share my favorite strategies so that others could benefit from my experiences with mental illness.

What would you tell aspiring writers out there?
Write when you can, as much as you can, and do not fret about the details. (You can tidy up the details during the review process.)
