A few words from Emma Louise about her story:

I am very proud of my first book as it took me two and a half years to write. The
reason why I self published is simple. I struggled to find an agent and a
suitable publishing house. Hopefully, in the upcoming years, that will change.

Question and Answer:

What was the best thing about writing this book?
Getting to know my characters. Loving them and hating them for their actions.

Where did you get your idea for the narrative?
It was whilst I was in a Fiction class. We were asked to write about flowers. I wrote about a bouquet in a bride’s hand but she held a dark secret.

What would you tell aspiring writers out there?
Work hard. Expect to be rejected. Nobody will hand you a book contract on a silver plate.

What is your favourite book?
Overall it has to be the Harry Potter series. But in regards to romance, The Choice by Nicholas Sparks.

Coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
Tea, every time.
